How it Works

Initial Consultation – We map your nervous system’s response to frequencies using a medical grade real-time heart rate variability monitor (RT-HRV)
Frequency Creation – Your unique frequency that causes balance in your autonomic nervous system (ANS) - a prerequisite for healing -is captured
Sound Session – You lie down and relax on the patented NeuroWave® bed or chair which gently delivers specific frequencies and vibrations curated for your personalised needs and your system gently rebalances - all evidenced by the results of the RT-HRV
Integration Support – We explore insights and aftercare together

About the Practice

Hi, I’m Edwina, founder of Sound Therapy North East.

With a background in international business and law enforcement analytics, I’ve always valued evidence-based practices. My journey into sound therapy began after becoming a mother and exploring holistic approaches backed by science. I’m now a certified Bio-Tuning® practitioner, helping others recalibrate through the power of personalised sound.
